Like The Beatles? Like Beady Eye? Like doing your bit for charidee? Great! Then you’ll be pleased to know that Beady Eye have released a Beatles cover in aid of the relief effort in Japan.

Liam Gallagher’s new band played an unofficial Japanese benefit gig in London on Sunday and finished with a surprise cover of The Beatles song ‘Across The Universe’. They have now announced that people can download a studio version of the song from their website with profits going to those in the Far East.

The Lennon composition originally featured on The Beatles 1970 album ‘Let It Be’, and you can download Beady Eye’s interpretation from beadyeyemusic.com/ for a £1 now.
