Bruno! Bruno!

It’s been a pretty good week for wax-faced crooner Bruno Mars: not only has his single ‘Grenade’ held its position at the top of the singles charts, but his debut album ‘Doo-Wops & Hooligans’ has shot to number one in the album charts too. Rihanna’s reign at the top has clearly come to an end.

Elsewhere, Britney Spears had come straight in at six with her comeback single ‘Hold It Against Me’, showing that there’s some life in the old girl yet, while Adele came in at number two with ‘Rolling In The Deep’. Album-wise White Lies also came roaring into the top ten with ‘Ritual’, while Eliza Doolittle is somehow still hanging around.
