After garnering four Grammy nominations (Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album), the 28-year old Mars has topped eight of Billboard's year-end music chart lists, including the Hot 100 Artists, Mainstream Top 40 and Hot Digital Songs, giving him the 2013 title of Artist of the Year.
