Guns N Roses sued for $1 million

We waited almost 20 years for ‘Chinese Democracy’, and now it's finally seen the light of day it turns out the songs were already available. That’s if Guns n Roses are found guilty of song plagiarism....

According to the NME, G’n’f’n’R have a lawsuit hanging over their 80’s perms for $1 million (about £1.30?) for copying songs that featured on their long awaited album ‘Chinese Democracy’.

The lawsuit states that Axl Rose and the gang's song ‘Riad N The Bedouins’ unlawfully borrowed from German elctro-man Ulrich Schnauss’ songs ‘Wherever You Are’ and ‘A Strangely Isolated Place’. Make your own mind up, here are said songs...
