Justin Bieber: Britain’s depressing ...

Fresh from his live appearance on X Factor, Justin Bieber has revealed he could never consider living in Britain due to its rubbish food and weather.

But the 16-year-old softened the blow he dealt proud Brits by admitting his fondness for British women.

He told Fearne Cotton on Radio 1: ‘I couldn't live here because the weather is very depressing. But I like the girls! The food I don't like really.’

Bieber also confessed that he stayed up way past his bedtime to hear the Grammy Awards nominatons in the US, and was over the moon to find out that he will be competing for 'Best New Artist' and 'Best Pop Album'. He gushed: ‘It's amazing, I'm so excited. Last night I was just freaking out, because my whole life I've just wanted to win a Grammy, now that I have that opportunity it is crazy.’

The singer, who is currently in the UK to promote his new album My Worlds Acoustic, continued to backtrack from his original gaffe against Brits by saying he is a fan of the English accent and believes that festive songs sound better with one.

He said: ‘Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer' sounds better in an English accent though.’

Nice try Justin, but the damage is done!
