Lily Allen’s a Take That fan then

As an artist there’s nothing more shameful than being accused of copying someone else’s work; Coldplay have had to publicly deal with this recently, and it looks like it may be Lily Allen’s turn to make a cheeky little court appearance soon.

The pop-tart’s new single ‘Who’d Have Known’ sounds uncannily like Take That’s Morrisson’s supermarket hit ‘Shine’. What do you reckon? Just a coincidence? Does it actually matter since she’s quitting music at the end of her tour anyway?

Check out the lyrics, spot the difference...

Lily Who’d Of Known'

So come on, come on, get it on
Don't know what you're waiting for
Your time is coming don't be late, hey hey
So come on, see the light on your face
Let it shine, Just let it shine
Let it shine

Take That ‘Shine’

Are you mine? Are you mine?
Cause I stay here all the time
Watching telly, drinking wine
Who'da known, who'da known
When you flash up on my phone
I'd no longer feel alone
No longer feel alone
