Robbie enlists darts champion to help beat Take That bandmates

Robbie Williams has called upon 15-time World Champion, Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor, for some expert darts coaching in order to thrash his Take That rivals later this year.

The British band, who are currently enjoying a successful revival more than twenty years after they formed, are planning to host a huge tournament as part of their 'Progress Live' European tour in May. According to music-news.com, the darts pro Phil Taylor said:

'We've had several sessions over the past few months. Anyone who knows Rob will tell you he's very competitive and he wants to show the others he's the best player.’ Affectionately adding, ‘He's a smashing boy and he's not looking a bad player at all.'

Taylor’s devotion to his new pupil appears to be limitless; he has vowed to join Robbie and co on tour to monitor the maverick singer’s progress. He told the mirror: ''ll go and see Robbie at some stage on the tour to check on his progress. If I think he's losing bits of his game, I'll get him back on track. '
