Singling out

Everyone loves a good old chart battle, and Adele and Bruno Mars are providing exactly that as they lock horns for the top spot in this Sunday's official singles chart.

Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep' is leading by a nose over last week's number one, 'Grenade' by Mars. But with only 300 copies separating, the race is still wide open.

Traktor will be hoping that his single 'Wretch 32' can stand the pace at number four under stiff competition from Diddy-Dirty Money's 'Coming Home' at five and Britney Spears's 'Hold It Against Me' at six.

Bruno Mars looks seems to have the album chart sown up with his debut Doo Wops and Hooligans, while at number two are White Lies with Ritual.

The King Is Dead (which is rather good by the way) by the Decemberists enters at 13, while Ana Calvi's self-titled debut lands at 31.

Tune into BBC Radio One on Sunday between 4pm and 7pm for the official results.
