Talking nonsense

As we saw recently, Chris Brown is an angry man and he ain’t gonna take it anymore. He reacted to the news that certain American stores were refusing to stock his new album by letting forth a series of expletive ridden rants on his Twitter page, in which he said: ‘I'm tired of this s***. im not biting my tongue about s*** else... the industry can kiss my ass.’ Try not to pay attention to the appalling grammar, it’s the message we’re interested in here.

Anyway, since then he has closed down his Twitter account (or it was helpfully closed down for him by someone with some media savvy) and Walmart, who were one of the retailers that Brown was implying wouldn’t stock the CD because of his bludgeoning of ex-girlfriend Rihanna, has come out and said that his claim was complete nonsense, and that his record has been flying off their shelves.

‘All Walmart stores nationwide have carried the CD since its release, including the Wallingford, Connecticut, store mentioned in the post,’ said the company, through the medium of a humpy statement. ‘This store actually sold through its initial shipment over the weekend. The majority of our stores today are showing they do have copies available.’
