UK Charts

Today is Monday, which apart from meaning the beginning of another laborious week back at the grindstone (it's OK, The World Cup starts on Friday, oh, you hate football?) also means that the best selling singles and albums of the last seven days were officially announced on Radio 1 last night.

If you’re still reading this, then you no doubt care that house producer David Guetta was the big news thanks to his track ‘Gettin’ Over You (feat. Fergie, Chris Willis and LMFAO)’ which climbed 40 places to become the UK’s number 1 single, knocking Dizzee Rascal into 4th spot. Also fairing well in the singles chart was Eminem’s Not Afraid at No.6 and Alicia Keys’ ‘Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart’ at No.7.

Meanwhile Hawaiian surfing dude Jack Johnson stormed to the the top of the album chart for the third time with his latest album ‘To The Sea’. If there’s anyone still with us, then here are the full top 10s...
