Waters Under The Bridge

Before the halcyon days of experimental pop music from the likes of Radiohead, there was one band head and shoulders above all others and their name was Pink Floyd. Whilst some may differ, The Floyd not only still have a massive following but an obsessed following. If you like The Floyd, you bloody love The Floyd.

Whatever the reasons are, chief songwriters have been Roger Waters and David Gilmour have gone their separate ways but on Thursday (12 May) the duo reunited for a one-off special. Pink Floyd are in the midst of a mammoth tour of ‘The Wall', and Thursday saw that Wall erected at the O2 in London, where Gilmour made a surprise appearance. Whilst playing through the classic album, Gilmour joined in for a rendition of seminal track ‘Comfortably Numb’.
